One of the most recognised applications of bonded leather is as reinforcement / fillers used inside the leather products. We produce two types of support for this type of use:
REGULAR INTERLINING Regular Interlining is used where the product needs greater stiffness and body.
Provided in thicknesses from 0.40 mm to 3.50 mm in form of sheets.
DURASOFT INTERLINING Durasoft Interlining is ideal material when the product needs greater softness and body. The material can be supplied raw or finish.
The thicknesses mostly used range from 0.40 mm to 3.00 mm.
Raw material is also well-appreciated for the production of finished articles, such as organisers, bags or economic bags, as substitute to recycled paper to give an ecological appearance.
The material can be easily skived, stiched or split for all types of applications as real leather.
To avoid bonding we recommend using neoprene and polyurethane adhesives and does not recommend the use of water-based glues.
